By accessing this website and/or by submitting an enrolment form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") in full. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website or enrol in any of our programmes.

The Lilfun Site is intended for personal use only. Use of this website for commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or enrol a child in our programmes. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Site and all enrolments placed with Lilfun Sports ("we", "us", or "our").

Please also review our Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT US

Lilfun Sports is operated by a team of experienced physical educators and athletes. Our registered address is Lilfun, Triq Papa gwanni Pawlu II, Burmarrad.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enrol your child in any Lilfun Sports programme, you must be: (a) 18 years or older, (b) the legal guardian of the enrolling child, and (c) the holder of a valid payment method.

3. SPORTS PROGRAMME INFORMATION

Lilfun Sports offers a structured mix of 18 different sports to help children explore physical activity and teamwork in a safe environment. Every effort is made to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that programme descriptions or prices are always current or error-free.

5. ENROLMENT & PAYMENT

To secure a spot, you must submit the online enrolment form and make payment via our secure third-party processor once payment link is sent. A contract is only confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email.

A VAT invoice will be provided after payment.

We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including due to payment issues or suspected misuse.

6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices and advise you to review them separately.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Lilfun Sports reserves the right to cancel any enrolment prior to confirmation. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if the programme is cancelled by Lilfun Sports before confirmation. All other refunds are at our sole discretion.

9. PRICING POLICY

All prices are listed in Euro and include 18% VAT. Prices are subject to change.

10. LIMITED LICENSE TO USE SITE

We grant a limited, revocable license to access this site for personal use only. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any content for commercial use without written permission.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse this website, including uploading unlawful content or interfering with its functionality.

12. THIRD PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for content on external websites linked from our Site.

13. NO WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Site. All content is provided "as is."

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Site or our services.

You agree to indemnify us against any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

17. ENROLMENT INFORMATION

You warrant that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate enrolment where necessary.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Malta.

19. APPLICATION FORM – CONSENT & WAIVERS

19.1 Sport/Activity Information

By filling in the application form I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, consent to my child participating in structured physical activity sessions organized by LILFUN SPORTS. Sessions are led by qualified coaches and organized by age groups (5–7 and 8–11). Children will be introduced to various sports, build physical skills, and explore new interests in a fun, inclusive environment. Activities may include football, hockey, yoga, archery, and more.

19.2 Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By filling in the application form I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. I assume these risks on behalf of my child and release LILFUN SPORTS from any liability, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. I confirm that my child is fit to participate and I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

19.3 Medical Authorisation

By filling in the application form, In case of emergency and if I cannot be reached, I authorise LILFUN SPORTS staff to seek medical care for my child. I accept financial responsibility for such treatment.

19.4 Code of Conduct & Programme Rules

By filling in the application form, I agree that:

My child will follow all rules and guidance from LILFUN SPORTS staff.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from sessions.
I support and agree to all additional policies set by LILFUN SPORTS.
