Alishia Cassar

Founder & Head Coach

I hold a degree in Exercise, Sports, and Health, as well as a Master’s in Physical Education. My educational background has fueled a lifelong passion for teaching and inspiring others through movement. I currently work full-time as a physical educator in primary schools, where I teach a variety of sports and fundamental movement skills. Over the years, I have worked with both primary and secondary students, coaching multiple sports and supporting children of all abilities. This experience has allowed me to help young people discover their strengths, improve their skills, and achieve personal success both on and off the field.

My own sporting journey began at a young age, training in a range of disciplines before focusing on gymnastics and football. I trained in gymnastics for several years before dedicating myself to football, where I went on to represent the women’s national team for an incredible 17 years. These experiences not only shaped me as an athlete but also taught me valuable life lessons in determination, time management, sportsmanship, and self-discipline.

Inspired by the impact sport had on my own life, I created this program to give children the same opportunities, to explore new activities, grow in confidence, and develop valuable skills in a safe and supportive environment. I believe that starting young and feeling encouraged to try different sports can inspire a lifelong love of physical activity, and sometimes even lead to a future career in sport.

Through my work, I aim to ensure every child feels empowered to move, have fun, and discover what they are truly capable of—whether it’s learning a new skill, building teamwork, or simply finding joy in being active.

Nicole Zammit

Head Coach

Hi, This is Nicole! I’m 24 years old and have been involved in sports education for over 8 years. Today, I’m a qualified Physical Education teacher with a big passion for helping children discover the joy of movement.

Sports have always been part of my life, I played football with a local team and even represented Malta against national sides like Estonia, Slovenia, Austria, and more. Those experiences taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience, values I now pass on to the young people I work with.

“It is not enough to love children; they must know that they are loved.” For me, sports are the perfect way to show that to focus on building confidence, skills, and lifelong healthy habits.
